Returns & RMA:

 

What is your Return Policy?

 

All products returned must be authorized by CoolEra.com. Please email support@coolera.com for return authorization. All authorized return items will receive a return authorization number (RMA). Please complete our RMA form, and send your returning products along with the completed RMA form. Products returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Products can be exchanged/refunded within 15 days of purchase. All RMAs must be received within 15 days of the RMA issued date. Shipping, handling and COD fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be authorized by our customer service representatives and be issued an RMA number. All returns must be sent back along with a completed RMA form. Returns without a valid RMA number and RMA form will not be processed.

 

Non-Defective Products

 A 15% restocking fee  will apply to all refunded items which are non-defective; shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Products will be exchanged with no additional shipping cost to the customer, if proven to be defective. Products eligible for return must be returned in 100% brand new condition, containing undamaged boxes, manuals, print registration cards, warranty cards and printed product supplements. The product or any of the printed materials must not be marked on. All products returned must include the original UPC codes. We reserve the right to refuse any product return, which does not abide by the previous conditions.

 

Defective Products

For all defective products, CoolEra.com will issue a return authorization number for repair or replacement at our option. Defective items will be exchanged with no additional shipping cost to the customer. For refunds on defective items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. For your safety, refunds on purchases made with credit card will be credited back to the same card.

 

CoolEra.com cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged by the customer's shipping carrier. Please insure the returned merchandise, and use a trackable shipping method.

 

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@coolera.com to request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 15 days or original invoice date. Please return the package with all packing, manuals, registration forms and accessories. The return package must be in new condition and must include the following.

  • RMA form

  • Original Invoice

  • Correspondent documents

The  product I received is not the same as what I ordered , what should  I do?

 

We strive very hard in every aspects of the shipping processes to ensure your product(s) gets done accurately and promptly. In any unlikely event, should there be any mistakes in the shipping process, or wrong items being shipped, please notify our customer service representatives via support@coolera.com. Please specify your full name, address, receipt number, eBay item number or  website order number, and your return email. We will promptly process your order and have the correct product shipped to you immediately

I don't like the product I purchased, could I return it?

 

We ask every customers to consider their purchase thoroughly before placing an order. Nonetheless, circumstantial factors changes things, and unforeseeable events do happen. We strive very hard to make sure you are a happy customer. Please email our customer services representatives via support@coolera.com stating your intent and reasoning within 15 days of purchase, your full name, address, receipt number, eBay item number or website order number, and your return email address. We will try to help you as much as possible.

Where could I download the RMA form?

 

Every RMA request must be send in along with a completed RMA form. No RMA will be processed until RMA form is filled out and send in along with the merchandize. You can download the RMA-form from here.
