What is your shipping policy?

Products are shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed and CLEARED. Products shipping domestically, depending on weight and cost, will be send via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, based on the user's selection during checkout. For products shipping to an international address, it will be send via USPS  Global Airmail Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority Mail based on the user's selection.

How long does it take for me to get my products?

Products are shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, USPS delivery usually takes 5-10 business day. For remote area and/or during peak seasons (November - December), it is perfectly normal to take up to 2-3 weeks to deliver. For all UPS ground delivery, it is usually delivered within 2-5 business days. Please note that the 2 business days shipping time, and estimated delivery time is an our best effort ESTIMATE, not a committment nor garentee.

My Country charges import duty on mail orders , what value would you put down on the custom declarartion form?

As a merchant, we have the duty to declare the true value of the merchandize to the destination government. It is the responsibility of our customers to arrange for duty payment and local import requirement. CoolEra.com will not be responsible for any delay caused by destination government as required according to local law enforcement and custom inspection.
